The short version

• We never sell your personal data.
• We set no analytics or advertising cookies and run no third-party trackers.
• We only collect what you type into our forms, a record of clicks on partner links, and the technical data every website receives.
• Card issuers, affiliate networks and the other services we link to follow their own privacy policies, not this one.
• Your use of the site is also governed by our Terms of use.

Who we are

Premio.cards is operated by Tuto Digital LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”). We decide how the personal data described on this page is used. For any privacy question, write to us through the contact form or by post to the address above.

What we collect and why

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, email address, topic, message and, if you want, your organisation. We use it to reply to you, to keep a record of the conversation and, where needed, to protect our legal position. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us and in keeping records.

When you sign up for card alerts

The Track a card form asks for your email address, the cards you want to follow and the extra emails you choose. We use it to email you about those cards. We also keep the date, time, page and IP address of your sign-up as proof of your consent. Legal basis: your consent, which you give with the tick box. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any alert or through the contact form; this does not affect emails sent before you withdrew it.

When you use the calculator and the card quiz

The calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you enter are kept in the page address, so a result can be shared, and in your browser’s local storage, so the page opens faster next time. They are not sent to us. To convert currencies, your browser loads daily European Central Bank reference rates from the Frankfurter service (frankfurter.dev), which receives your IP address with the request, as any website does. The card quiz passes your answers to our card list as filters in the page address.

When you click a partner link

Links marked “Get card” or “Claim” go through a short redirect on our site (/go/…). We record that a click happened, when, from which page, and basic technical data such as the browser and IP address, so we can count clicks, get paid by partners and spot abuse. You then land on the issuer’s or partner’s website, which may set its own cookies and applies its own privacy policy. We do not pass your name or email to card issuers. Spam protection

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell people from bots. It sends information about your device and your use of the page to Google. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the forms and the site free of spam and abuse.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, page requested, time) to run and secure the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

What we don’t collect

We never ask for card numbers, bank details, wallet keys, seed phrases, passwords or ID documents. If anyone claiming to be Premio asks you for them, it isn’t us. Applications for cards happen on the issuer’s website, never on ours.

Cookies and local storage

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our website theme sets a small number of functional cookies for reading and personalisation features, and the calculator stores your last inputs in your browser’s local storage. You can delete both at any time in your browser settings; the site keeps working. Websites you reach through our links set their own cookies, which we do not control.

Who we share data with

We share personal data with the services that run the site for us: our hosting provider, our email provider, and Google for reCAPTCHA. We may also disclose it when the law requires it, to answer a valid request from an authority, to enforce our Terms of use, or to protect our rights, our users or the public. If our business or this website is sold, merged or transferred, personal data may pass to the new owner under this policy. We never sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Third-party websites

Premio.cards links to card issuers, exchanges, affiliate networks and other websites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or how they use your data. Read their privacy policies before you give them any information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No website, network or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to or stored by us, and you share it at your own risk.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, your data is transferred under the safeguards our providers offer, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last reply.
• Alert sign-ups: until you unsubscribe, then removed within 30 days. The consent record is kept for as long as we may need to prove your consent.
• Partner-link click records: up to 12 months.
• Calculator inputs in your browser: until you clear them.

We may keep data for longer where the law requires it or where we need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or give you a copy. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.

To use any of these rights, contact us through the contact form. We may ask you to prove your identity before we act on a request. We reply within one month, which we may extend where the law allows. We may refuse or charge a reasonable fee for requests that are clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive, and we may keep data where the law allows us to.

Children

Premio.cards is meant for adults. Crypto cards are only available to people aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may change this policy at any time. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after that date, the new version applies to you.
