Terms of use
The rules for using Premio.cards: what we are, what we are not, and who is responsible for what.
The short version
- Premio.cards is a free comparison website. We are not a bank, a card issuer, an exchange, a broker or a custodian, and we never hold your money or your crypto.
- Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Every decision you make is yours alone.
- If a card or company we review, rank or recommend is hacked, fails, freezes your account, loses your money or disappears, that is between you and that company. We are not responsible.
- Fees, limits, bonuses and availability change without notice. Always check the issuer’s own terms before you apply.
- The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it.
- Wyoming law applies, disputes go to the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, and only on an individual basis.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Premio.cards (“the site”) is operated by Tuto Digital LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms apply to everything on the site, including the card reviews, scores, comparisons, calculator, card quiz, promo codes, alerts and emails. By using the site you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. What we are, and what we are not
We publish information and opinions about crypto cards. We do not issue, sell, arrange or manage any card, account, loan or crypto asset. We are not authorised or registered as a bank, payment institution, e-money institution, crypto-asset service provider, investment adviser or broker in any country. When you apply for a card, your contract is with the issuer or its partners, never with us, and we have no control over whether they accept you, how they run your account or what they charge.
3. No advice
Reviews, scores, rankings, the calculator, the card quiz and every other part of the site are general information and editorial opinion. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and they do not take your personal situation into account. Do not rely on them as the only basis for a decision. If you need advice, speak to a qualified, licensed professional.
4. Accuracy of information
We work to keep card data correct and we show when and how it was checked, but issuers change fees, limits, rewards, eligibility and country coverage often and without telling us. We do not guarantee that any information on the site is complete, accurate, current or suitable for you. The issuer’s own terms and fee schedule always prevail over anything we publish. Scores follow our methodology and are opinions, not statements of fact.
5. The calculator and the card quiz
The calculator shows estimates based on the numbers you enter, published fee schedules, assumed bank fees and daily reference exchange rates. Real costs and rewards depend on the issuer, the merchant, the network rate on the day, crypto prices, taxes and your own spending, and will differ from the estimate. The card quiz only filters our card list. Neither tool is a quote, an offer or a promise of any saving.
6. Crypto risk
Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose some or all of the money you put in. Crypto cards can carry extra risks, including price swings between spending and settlement, issuer or partner failure, frozen or closed accounts, loss of access to self-custody wallets, hacks, smart-contract faults, changes in law and the loss of any protection a regular bank account would give you. You accept all of these risks yourself.
Cards and companies we recommend
A review, a high score, a “Best” label, a top ranking, a calculator result or a quiz match is an editorial opinion at the time of publishing. It is not a guarantee, endorsement or promise about the card, the issuer or any partner, and it does not make us responsible for them. We are not liable if a card, issuer, exchange, wallet or partner that appears on the site, including one we recommended, is hacked or breached, suffers fraud, freezes, restricts or closes your account, delays or refuses a payment, loses or fails to return your money or crypto, changes its terms, becomes insolvent, stops operating or disappears. Any claim for such a loss is against that company only, never against us.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking that a card, a crypto asset or a service is legal and available where you live, that you meet the issuer’s conditions, and that you pay any taxes that apply to you. You must be at least 18 to use the site.
8. Partner links, bonuses and promo codes
Some links on the site are affiliate links, and we may be paid when you click them or open a card; see How we make money. Bonuses, referral rewards and promo codes are set, paid and withdrawn by the issuer, not by us. We do not guarantee that any offer or code is available, valid, or will be honoured, and we are not responsible if an issuer refuses, delays or reverses a reward.
9. Third-party websites and services
We link to websites and services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, products, terms, privacy practices, security, availability or conduct, or for any agreement between you and them. Using them is at your own risk.
10. Acceptable use
You may read, share and link to our pages. You may not copy or republish our content, scores or data in bulk, scrape or mirror the site with automated tools, try to break or probe its security, interfere with its operation, use it for anything unlawful, or pretend to be us. We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules, without notice.
11. Our content
All text, data, scores, designs and code on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may quote short extracts with a credit and a link to the original page. Anything more needs our written permission. Card names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products.
12. No warranties
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we, our owners, employees and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, including loss of money, crypto assets, profits, savings, rewards, data or opportunities, that arises from or relates to the site, its content, any card, issuer or company reviewed, ranked or recommended on it, the tools, partner links, offers, third-party services or any decision you make based on them. This applies however the claim arises, whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute or otherwise, and even if we were told the loss was possible.
If, despite this, we are found liable, our total liability to you for all claims together is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Readers pay us nothing, so for readers this amount is zero. Where a court does not allow that limit, our total liability is limited to US$50.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Tuto Digital LLC and its owners, employees and partners against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your use of the site, your breach of these terms or your breach of any law or third-party right.
15. Disputes
These terms and any dispute about the site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before you start any claim, you must first write to us through the contact form with a description of the problem and give us 60 days to resolve it. Any claim that is not resolved this way must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you agree to their exclusive jurisdiction.
To the extent the law allows, you agree to bring claims only in your own name, never as a plaintiff or member of a class, collective or representative action, and you waive any right to a jury trial. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
16. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, these terms do not take away rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract. Where such a right applies, the terms above apply only as far as that law allows.
17. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after that date, you accept the new version.
18. General
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part is limited or removed only as far as needed, and the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right, we do not give it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours, for example to a new owner of the site. These terms, together with the Privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. Questions: use the contact form.
